MTL500

MTL500 is specifically designed for LED components mounting. It also supports the mounting ofvarious electronics components. MTL500 demonstrates the excellent productivity of mounting 1.5m LED light strips.

MT500 supports versatile mounting ranging from miniature parts to large odd-shaped components. The top speed for MT500 achieves 22,500 CPH. It is the best alternative for price/performance champion.

Adopt SSL (Solid State Lighting) centering (mounted on the head) for high speed placement of miniature components. The picked components are rotated on the fly to ensure the right angle mounted on the substrate. The shorter distance between the pick location and the board contributes to a high manufacturing throughput.

The supported components range

Support standard SMD chip ranging from 0603 to 3216.  The optional camera could be equipped for IC appearance recognition.  The supported  components range :  QFP-P0.5 < 15mm and   QFP-P0.3 < 45mm(Fix camera).

  • Support the power feeder for miniature components with the demand of higher placement accuracy and speed. Or support the pneumatically driven feeder that is backward-compatible with old Evest SMD placers.
